I don't know how "cheap" you want to go, but you'll save money on this as it's central to shopping, transportation and such.

Some of the 3 star deals work out better than the 2 star places, with many offering free inclusions within the price ( mostly last minute deals only ). Dig in behind the results to find the best prices, but depending on when you're going 50-55 euro looks like the average for a good, cheap hotel.

btw - Cheap does not always mean cheap. Think about your location ( save on transport costs and your valuable visiting time on vacation ), what amenities are included for free ( e.g. internet , TV ) and what meals ( continental or full breakfasts ), hotel room rates versus per person hostel rates and of course the value - why save 5-10 euros when the difference could be a lot of comfort.

theres loads on talbot st but try the days hotel on talbot st its nice but quite cheap.
