I have changed specialties, hospitals, and locations. I am just burned out. Is there other careers I can go into that could use my degree, or another field I can go back to school for and change careers in a matter of just a few classes?

I think the column Annie's Mailbox (the former Ann Landers column) answered this a couple of months ago. There were lots of answers. You could work on a cruise ship as a nurse, you can teach, you can go into administration, you can work at a non-profit organization, you can work at a company or a school, you can give training courses, there are lots of things you can do.

A friend has a nursing degree and he helps sell medical technology to docotrs.

Try reading, "What Color Is Your Parachute" to learn how to switch fields. You'll find the section on doing informational interviews to be especially helpful, I think.

that's precisely why I tell new grads or nursing scholars to forego the BSN and MSN direction. Why declare your self a nurse 3 distinctive procedures, to no longer point out what do you do in case you lose your nursing licence? right this is my suggestion. replace your nursing container. How approximately working for an employer as an commercial nurse, or occupational nurse. Or get into the protection container. I hated nursing for 8 years until the nursing interest of my desires stumbled on ME. Now i opt for to recommend for individuals to get into the sphere, there are in basic terms various HUNDRED countless issues you're able to do with an RN license which do no longer incorporate working in a medical institution. look into the decrease back of any nursing mag rag and use your mind's eye. artwork for a cruise line, artwork for a nurse recruiting enterprise, so which you will stay at abode. do you recognize how many nurse recruiters for holiday businesses are merely individuals off the line? a minimum of you recognize the sphere, you would be a large recruiter. Now in case you have a warm bod and a large a$$, you may continually get into stripping. (that's continually a large thank you to make money from what i've got been advised)

This exact question was on a few weeks ago. Was that you also? I suggested teaching because I recently read an article saying there was a shortage of instructors to teach at nursing schools. Also, I used to work at a college that had BSN and MSN programs. They had an RN who was a combination recruiter/admissions rep. She had to take applications, research credentials, make sure the student had everything necessary for admission, and advise them what classes to take each semester.

I have Spa parties in my home, others homes, businesses, anywhere you can think of. They are so much fun, you can choose any theme, such as:
Teen Spa, Office Retreat, Martini's/Margarita's & Make-overs, Happy Hour, Bridal Spa, Mens Spa, Grand Opening, Champagne Spa or anything you can imagine.

You create your own schedule, work as little or as much as you want. The company I work with is $250 to join, this month you can join for $99, and you receive over $700 in product and sales aids. If you are serious about building a business for yourself I can help you get started without paying a penny.
All training included.
