To Randal Z -- Make sure your corned beef is tender. Last year I had it at a restaurant and it was like chewing on a piece of RUBBER.

I think I’ll be wearing green, having a green dinner with green jello, green koolaid, green mashed potatoes, green meatballs on green pasta! I still have to find some green Hostess Snowballs, those are the best way to celebrate St. Patrick’s day that I know of.

Eat birthday cake(just like Gary Sinise who is one year older than me)and wear green. Maybe eat corned beef and cabbage, potatoes,and carrots.

Well lets see. Mi Madre makes corned beef and cabbage with beer bread and potatoes. Then we party! Literally. It is my birthday. I am half Irish so we listen to all the best Irish jigs and traditional ballads and my sister laughs at me jigging.
