If the debate is that its not a life, which in and of itself is a poor debate, then you have to rule on the error of life. Just like in the justice system, if in doubt that the criminal facing the death penalty is guilty, then the judge has to rule on the side of life.. Unborn babies are not CRIMINALS they are just that unborn BABIES!

I think that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Babies are the only innocent people, and they are indeed people, even if they aren't born! The whole argument that they are part of the woman, and she has the right to choose what happens to the child is stupid- he/she is God's child, and only he has the right to end its life- you don't have the right to kill a child who is alive, so why should you have the right to kill one that isn't (yet).
The pain killer thing is stupid, too. If you acknowledge that they feel pain, how can you deny that they are indeed people?
