You could go anytime, but you should know, I walked around like that for 3 weeks before being induced. Good luck!

I had a baby 6 months ago. My baby was low and I was dilated to 1 cm for 1 month then I was dialted 2 cm for 1 week. Everyone's body is different. You might have hours or a couple of weeks. There are other signs to looks for. Such has, if you lost your mucus plug and are you having contractions. Usually once that happens it is a matter of a couple of days. Good Luck!

I was 2 cm, 60% effaced and firm at 35 weeks and the doctor could feel the head. Now I'm 2cm, 60% effaced and soft at 37 weeks and they still feel the head. Sorry, not an indicator of how soon you'll have the baby :( Lord how I wish it was!

There is no predictor! It could be any minute or it could be two more weeks. The doctor can feel your baby's head because it has dropped into the pelvis. Baby is in birthing posisiton. This usually happens a week or two before labor in first pregnancies. I walked around 4cm in my first pregnancy for about a month! Hopefully it won't be too long.

As long as it takes. You can be at 2 cm for WEEKS.

well it just depends on when you lil one is ready!! im 34 weeks and I cm, and you can feel my baby too!! So im just patiently waiting.. You can always talk to your Dr about getting induced! My sister asked to be induced and she was 36 weeks! and they did it!

I know you don't want to hear this but it depends on your baby! you could be waiting another 3 days if your baby don't want to come out! your just going to have to sit tight and wait it out! Good Luck and Congradulations!

Start vacuuming your house like crazy. It may make it come on quicker than you think! Good luck.
