because I laugh really loudly, and I'm sure my neighbors all think I'm wacko. And I laugh often! like every couple minutes I'm seriously laughing out loud.

hmmm welll, im thinking, from what you saif with regards to the 'flirting' stuff, yeah it does appear like he likes you! and if he does such as you, then possibly whilst he became looking (attempting :P) on your binder, he became seeing in case you had doodled something in there such as you already know whilst ladies write 'i admire ___' and stuff like that :P so yeah it sort of feels like he likes you :) additionally, with regards to the texting, pfff, only forget approximately approximately that xD it rather is like that with me and my boyfriend and we've been going out for 2 years and he nonetheless takes 9283094 hours to text textile lower back especially cases -.- :P ive even stated to him in the previous 'im unlikely to text textile you anymore, i'm only gonna' anticipate you" :D(y) in a playful way no longer severe obvv lol ( : and then he's like 'noo i admire you texting!' so it rather is somewhat confusing yet despite =P sorry i rambelled on somewhat on the tip there ;) stable success!
