have they ever seen one from your school before? if they haven't you can type one up on your computer and have a friend write it out for you.

why not go and ask one of the cool teachers to help you out with your prank and give you a real "fake" one. i once stole a whole stack of counselling slips from the school counsellor and used them to get out of class (the counsellor just happened to sign the whole lot)
