Does the Bush administraton have a shot at breaking Reagan's record for number of indictments?

Over 30 of Ronald Reagan's subordinates were indicted during his two terms. While Bush has a long way to go and only 22 months to equal the record, I'm wondering if the numerous scandals recently uncovered suggest that Bush has a realistic shot at finally equalling Reagan at something.
