Go to Little India, City of Artesia.

Close to 605 & 91 Freeway. 91 freeway off Pioneer blvd, head south. Many many store with clothing, jewelry, and I know of at least 1 beauty salon there which has a great reputation. Can't remember the name, but just drive there, and you will find plenty of places to shop & compare.
