It won't hurt your baby but what you need to remember is your baby feels what you feel so if you're stressed he or she is stressed too.
Being stressed at any point isn't good let alone when you're pregnant as amongst other things it can send your blood pressure up, which isn't good for you and your baby.
Just run yourself a bath and relax.

As long as not every day is insanely stressful, then no. It won't affect your baby. Christ, if it did we'd all be in trouble. You can't completely avoid stress unless you can afford to book into a spa for the next 6 months ;-). So try not to worry about the odd bit of stress here and there and give yourself lots of 'me-time'when you can. Put your feet up, relax, have a bath, read a book, go to the gym or whatever helps you to relax. Trust me, you won't have time for that once your little one arrives!

Intense stress is NEVER good for the baby, but the effects may not be dire. Do everything you can to reduce stress. The most important part is HOW YOU REACT. You may not be able to control the stressors in your life or even get away from them, but you CAN control how you respond. Try mediating or contemplative prayer. Visualize peace and joy around your baby. These things can all help.

It shouldn't hurt your baby, but extreme stress is no good for anyone!
Take a long warm bubble bath with candles, and a good book, try to chill out for a while before going to bed.
Tomorrow is another day.
