how can i get child support from my sons father? he is not a legal citizen of this country. His name is on the birth certificate and i have already requested that the csea proscute him but they said that because he is not a citizen they cannot enforce anything on him please i cant really afford an attorney and my son is almost 7 yrs old can anyone help me????

he works full itme but under a diffrent name and social csea knows all his info where he works lives and how the company he works for allows hime to work under false name

Unfortunately,you may be out of luck here, especially since hes an illegal alien, youd have great trouble getting him to court or collecting since he can simply disappear and vanish forever with no way to trace him. Not a good situation I realize but the truth is what it is. Good luck

and seek out family law consult on this matter would suggest
setting up a blog and website for parents of children in the same situation

This is a very difficult situation for you and your son. If he is working, you can try to have with wages garnished, tell the irs and dmv and the da and they can try to help you. Best of luck

if he is not a american.... what are they going to make him do??? you can take him to court but if he is not keeping a full time job they cant even garnish his wages.. LOOK UP PRO BONO LAWYER or go through legal aid and see if they can help

If he is outside US jurisdiction there is no court that I know of that can help you.
