I would just wash all of the laundry including her underwear and return them to her. It could be an honest mistake somehow, but to be sure, gage her reaction when you return the goods to her, that should provide you with at least some insight as to how they got in your laundry. I would also be sure to ask my BF if he had any clue about them too...because you need to rule out that it's not foul play on his part.

Wait until eveyone is in the same room that means you, your bf, and the couple u politely come up to her and say i found this in our laundy see how she reacts and then you decide should you scream your head off or is it just an innocent mistake

No. What if the knickers were accidentally left in the washing machine and you just didn't See them? That happens to me all the time. If there was something going on you would have other suspicions, surely.

try to think it form the other side , if you were in someones room , would you leave your underwear ? I think there is a message that someone want you to get . try to ignore the whole story and leave days to answer you what is going on .

Leaving something like that quiet will begin to pester you over time. Just to ease your mind, ask him but don't sound like you are accusing him. It could of been an accident, you don't know unless you ask. Keep in mind that when you ask, maybe you won't get the answer you would like to hear.
