You have virus so you need to get anti-virus if you don't know what anti-virus to get visit propcaid.com they have the top ten ranked anti-virus program. sometimes you can't get the virus out even if you use a anti virus and scan all the files now if this happens than you need to go back to propcaid.com and go to help with you Get Help With You Computers and you can e-mail them telling them your problem and they will e-mail you back with a solution

first, tee hee!
alright, try installing a anti-virus onto your computer and doing a scan.
-go to control panel, add and remove programs, and try to find it.
- if that doesnt work, take it to best buy and they should be able to help you.
wait nevermind, that guys advice is more complicated, but will definetly remove it.

I have exactly the same thing. i tried the superantispware fix, but i must have done something wrong. I will try again. Any other suggestions?
