Women usually wear ties with casual outfits or school uniforms. Going by Ellen DeGeneres, it seems like if she was a lesbian and she wanted to dress this way, it'd be fine. But I'm not a lesbian and I don't really know any except for celebrities so maybe I'm wrong about that.

why not? is a fashion too .. me and my girls sometimes decide to dress up with ties, although i would not wear it to a wedding, i do not see why not to work..? It depends on the female.

HMMM THAT WOULD WORK......BUT INSTED OF A WOMEN WEARING A PLAIN MENS TIE, THEY SHOULD MAKE WOMENS ONES LIKE WHERE THEY ARE MORE THINNER AND MORE SOPISTIACTED LOOKING, BUT NOT MANLY!
