No. Do you like being alone? Or are you looking for a relationship and can't find one? Neither of these things makes you psycho. However, you could have these problems and be psycho independently of one another.

Where do problems come from? All personal problems come from one source, focus. Either one focuses on what we want or what we don`t want. The result is the same in either case. To create a change simply change the subject of the focus. In some cases, for example emotions, it is too much of a jump, so find one that feels better and then another that feels better yet, and then another till you work your way to the one you want. In the case of being alone, simply imagine your day ahead of time as existing in exactly the way you would choose it. If you have a bad memory, write the details down so that you will know exactly what to change or improve if you should feel the need later on. Have fun !
