I am presently extending the height of my garden fence to 30 feet. I knows it's a little too high for the small garden that I have but I want to sunbathe this summer in private as I am very fat. (I'm male!)
You might think that my next-door neighbour is the only possible person to see me sunbathing in the nude through her bedroom window, but fortunately she is completely blind and her guide dog doesn't look through her window as he isn't allowed on the windowsill.
But I'm worried about her home-help! They might see my fat body while they dust her windowsill.
Should I tell her to stop her home-help? I can dust on days when it's cloudy! And has anyone else had this same problem?

Don't know where you are, you forget to mention this important detail amongst all the lurid info. Local and national laws will apply to your behaviour and planning.
Nudity offends some people, and where they - or their guests, home helps etc - are in their home, they should be provided privacy from your full nudity. Our society only really works where people have respect for each other, and consideration is shown for differences of opinion or tastes.
Consider putting something up, as a temporary barrier, each time you sunbathe. I know of people who hang washing or curtains on a clothes line near to them, that provide a modesty screen, far cheaper than a huge fence, which is likely to cause other problems. In the UK such fences would be subject to all applicable laws etc, and I can tell you that huge screens are being seen as antisocial. What about your neighbours right to sunlight in their gardens? She may be blind but deserves sunlight to make her garden flourish.
The closer the barrier is to you, the smaller it can be to fully screen your body from others. Eg. 30 feet high at 20 feet distance or 8 feet high if just a few feet from you. Perhaps a dense shrub, or piece of sculpture etc, would work as a more effective long term screen - consider garden landscaping help here.
If you can't provide a temporary screen, there are a few options left for you - it is your problem, not hers, of course:
1. Move home
2. Find official nude sunbathing sites, or join a club
3. Go to the wild outdoors, somewhere where you are not likely to be disturbed, miles from anyone.
4. Meet others with similar interests - maybe their homes are more private!
Finally, you seem like you possibly have health issues, ref. your weight. This would be an ideal time to get out walking, do some exercise and do the rest of your life a big favour - lose some of it. This will help your self esteem and is likely to result in some others finding you more attractive. Perhaps you won't need to sunbathe alone, if you meet up with more friends or a partner who will accept you for you, and have an interest in nudity.

You can sunbathe naked in your garden, and anyone who wants to can watch, or look the other way. As long as you don't do anything indecent, nudity is not a crime. You cant walk down the street nude, since this would involve public order offences. Saying that, I dont believe a word of what you have said. LIAR!

There might be an issue with the local council about the height of your garden fence - isn't the height limit meant to be about 6ft? lol

Are you joking? If you can't get your fat a$s out in the privacy of your own garden then there is something wrong!! Who cares if her home help can see you as long as your man bits are covered? Besides, if you are as hidious as you think you are, chances are they will only look once, right? If your that bothered surely it's cheaper to loose weight!

I suggest you contact the city and check the local laws on this.
30 feet seems a trifle high.
But on the other hand, it would be the best to hide that funky body of yours from ALL humanity.

Very funny. If you are at all serious you better check the laws of your state, a 30 ft fence will get you lots of flack from the city, state & other neighbors.

I'm more curious to know how, if it's a small garden, the sun's ever going to hit you over a 30 foot high fence...!

You will need planning permission to build a wall that high ( and you won't get it ). Even in your own garden, if you are seen naked no matter what you're figure, you can still be prosecuted for indecency.

Why don't you do to the tanning bed to tan your self all over ?
You can lay out in the garden in you bathing suit and still enjoy the sunshine.

no ,your the only person that has this problem ,the home help will not judge you on how you look ,and you shouldn't care ,enjoy your nude time in your garden.
