Some women actually experience an increase in sexual desire (like I did - first time for multiples - WooHoo!) and some women have a decrease in sexual desire. And some women notice no change whatsoever. All are perfectly normal.

Sure it's safe to have sex when you are 4-5 weeks unless you have a high risk pregnacy then you my want to ask your doctor.

If you're having a normal pregnancy, sex is considered safe during all stages of the pregnancy.

I'm pregnant with my 4th child, and I've always been told that it's completely okay to have intercourse throughout pregnancy...as long as it's not uncomfortable for your body. You know what's too uncomfortable for you. But if you're high-risk, that may be a different story. You should probably ask your doc to be sure.

It's safe until your water breaks at 9 months, or until your doctor tells you to stop. Just make sure he wears a condom so you aren't exposed to any bacteria from the semen. You're more inclined to get yeast infections when you're pregnant, so stay clean.

You can have sex until the doctor tells you not to. Sex is not forbiden after your are pregnant. You could ask your doctor, its a common question.

As long as your doctor hasn't said "no sex" or put you on "pelvic rest" then you can have sex right up until the time your water breaks.

And spotting after sex is NORMAL.
