I thought it was a mutual attraction so I made the first move. She agreed to see me. I called her drunk and can't remember what I said but she refused to have anything to do with me. I removed myself. Many years later, I bump into her at the gym (where she still works) and we say nothing. Shortly after my girlfriends window was smashed while her car was in my driveway and someone sprayed my house, I began seeing her wherever I go. Once her car was spotted tucked around the corner from a friends house. Another time she was seen 2 isles over from me in a department store. I decided to write a note and include my phone number and slipped it to her but she never calls. This woman is strikingly beautiful. Has anyone ever had something like this happen? Why do you think she is doing this?

I don't believe that she's straight. Bicurious/bisexual at the least. She may be interested in you--a lot--but is afraid of the unknown. Maybe she has never fully admitted to herself that she likes women, or mybe she's afraid of the social repercussions of calling you up.
Why don't you get her number (again) and invite her out for a cup of coffee (nothing sexual, and not a date, since you said you have a girlfriend) or something, and ask her what's going on. Or you could try just calling her while you're sober and try to discuss matters, because something's obviously going on in her head, and that something involves you somehow.

I have had something similar to myself happen twice before. The first time it was resolved peacefully. The second time, through force and the police. And yes, both times it was from women! The main reason she isn't contacting you is fear. Fear can make a person do incredibly stupid things, not to mention flat out crazy!

This woman has issues. Jealous and possessive, but scared. She is a mess. I would stay far away from her, and if it gets worse, call the police. Stalker alert.
