i recently saw a segment on the health channel, its a misconception. It is not uncomfortable because you dont sit on it. the implants are higher so you dont feel indifferent.

I have watched a show on discovery health that a woman had butt implants put in. They actually insert them on the very top of your buttcheek, like your lower back kinda, so you aren't actually sitting on them. I guess this gives the butt an illusion of looking bigger. Not so sure if it is uncomforatable or not. I think it would be..
