I've been trying to get a new Social Security card for quite some time now. However I don't seem to have the proper identity needed. They told me that if I could get my medical records then I could get a new card. How should I go about getting my medical record?

I've been trying to get my social security card for quite some time, but do not possess the necessary identity to get it. They say that if I get my medical records that they can possibly give me one. Problem is that I have not had a doctor since I was 18 years old and do not remember where I went. How should I go about getting my medical records.

Google on the "Medical Information Bureau" and order your medical records from there.
