Ok the charge sets an electric field, the equation for it, is this one :

E = Kq / r^2

r = distance from the point charge

q = charge

k = constant = 9*10^9

E = 9*10^9*3*10^-6 / 9^2 = 3*10^3 / 9 = 10^3 / 3 (N/C)

So electric field is equal to 10^3 / 3 N/C

Hope that helped
