Probably some Maracyn or Maracyn-2 would do for the cloudy eye. For the fry food, get something like Liquifry. It comes for livebearer, egg layer or for bettas, so make sure she gets the right kind. As a home option to feeding fry, you can boil an egg and mash the yolk very fine and add a few drops of water to liquify and feed that. As with any liquid food, only feed a few drops because they can make a mess if you feed too much. Small whole food shouldn't be fed until at least 6 weeks as the fry could choke on the food.

Hard to tell from your description if this is a fungal cataract or popeye (bacterial infection).

Here's a website for fish disease diagnosis - it will give some treatment info depending on the cause.

I would ask the pet store attendant... Thats what they are there for.. They are usually very helpful for any problem i have. Although I would recommend Petsmart before i would recommend Petco. Atleast in my city, anyway...
