wait for an acting competition or when ur old enough try out for "so u think u can dance" or "american idol"
but until then keep practicing and try out for roles in school plays and stuff
if ya do try out for tht stuff hope ya make it and don't forget us little ppl who helped ya make it when ya become famous

you can look in ads, or online. its usually hard to get a good gig without knowing someone in the "business." just don't give up! good luck =]
