I 100% agree with that quote. If people stopped judging other's things would be a lot better in the world. Everything is based upon how you look, the size of your male area, female breasts how skinny you are or how fat you are. How smart or dumb you are etc. We should not judge people period. Because many times when we judge others we judge them because they have something we either lack or they have a trait that we ALSO have but wish we didn't. For instance you could judge someone and not like them because they are "rude" but maybe deep down you feel you are rude as well thus hating them//judging them.

I think that if you adopt this way of thinking that you are definitely off to a good start. However, not judging others is only 1 of the many things that we must do in order to achieve true happiness. Other things that we must do include believing in God, being generous, helping others, and contributing to society in a variety of positive ways, just to name a few.

That seems like it would be true because if you're judging others, then you probably assume they're judging you. Therefore, all of your actions are based on either your judgment of others or what you perceive as their judgments toward you. Happiness would therefore follow if you could let go of worrying about what others think of you and what you think of them.

I think it is one the best pieces of advice I've
ever heard.
To implement it, though, you must first stop judging yourself.
Grass Hopper.
Good luck

Excellent philosophy. The Bible says "judge not that ye be not judged". Good rule of thumb to live by. But that doesn't mean you can't have an opinion.

It's very wise advice. Read the poem "Desiderata" by Max Ehrmann. I have it on the wall in my home to remind me of the very simple rule for living happily.
