so im switching a job and what am i suppose to say when they ask why im looking for a new job?? also i had an interview and the lady said dont get worried i might take 2 weeks to get back to you..should i call her back or should i keep l;ooking for another job??

that sounds like an iffy interview closing. i usually push for an honest response on exit of an interview, i usually get a straight answer. i think they respect that waiting is a game for losers, and let me know if i have a shot. when looking for a new job tell them that you are looking for a career that has potential for advancement, and that youre very interested in their processes. never never say anything derrogatory about your previous job. no complaints whatsoever. big time no no. theyll drop you like a hat.

Say you're looking for a change of direction, don't mention any bad experiences with past employers.

It can often take 2 weeks to get back to you about a new job, especially if they are seeing a lot of new people, my advice is keep looking and wait for a week and a half for her to call back, but then ring and just ask what is happening.
