In the state of MS, you need a birth certificate, a social security card, and a utility bill in your name to get an ID card from the state. But what if you don't have a social security card? How can you get a social security card if you don't have a picture ID? It IS required to have one. Is there anyone who knows what to do when this happens?

Contact your local Social Security Adminstration Office, or your district congressional office. You need to get your birth certificate if you dont have it from vital records in the clerks office of the county in which you were born to receive your card. If you are an alien, you must have an alien card.

If you are a citizen born by citizens, get their SS# and contact the SS office and they will be able to give you your #.. If you're not a citizen better have a green card and INS will tell you what to do.

Pretend to be a Mexican citizen by getting one of their consular cards...You'll get whatever you want, no questions asked.
