Yes. Caucasians are those whose ancestry is from the original peoples of Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Western Asia and parts of Central Asia. Keep in mind that skin color has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with racial classification. Race is actually determined by craniofacial anthropometry.(Caucasoid, Mongoliod & *******.)
Of course, there are many narrowminded (and possibly racist) people who insist on defining race by color. The term "white" for instance, while a synonym for Caucasian, is not really meant to be taken so literally. Caucasians, which make up 55% of the worlds population, range from pale to olive to dark brown.
To put it simply, Caucasians are essentially most anyone who is not of sub-Saharan African ("black") ancestry or East Asian (those individuals possessing epicanthic eyefolds, such as the Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, etc.)

actual arabs and israelites are certainly a race. they are portion of the caucasian race. human beings of the middle east are no longer viewed asian because of the fact they have an extremely distinctive way of existence from jap asian international locations politically and religously. and north africans are no longer blended. very few have african or ecu ancestry yet many are regularly nonetheless semitic.

For some reason people came to the conclusion that if you are not black or asian then you are caucasian. Its funny i wonder how many racist people would be outraged at this lol.

Caucasian and white confuses people, because very little people actually know about race on an anthropological level. All Europeans (yes, even Northern Europeans) had roots at some point in the caucus region, middle east, south asia, n.africa. Northern Europeans look the way they do because of genetic mutation in the cold, this is seen in animals as well in colder regions. But we also have to consider that certain regions of the Middle East and South Asia are not 100% Caucasian, like peninsular Arabs. It's mainly north middle east/near east, north India, and the -stan countries where Europeans have there genetic roots. In DNA tests quite a high amount of white people's genes reported to show these regions. - actually, check this out, it's Katy Perry, but her hair and skin was changed. They made her look middle eastern and south Asian very well, because of the caucasoid facial features. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=L4UhmA4KZzg

In the anthropological sense, many of them are. Not necessarily in the social sense, though.

Middle Easterns and indians are all of african descent, that is why they are so dark skinned. middle east people my look white and they do resemble caucasian but they are not, they are black(sub-saharan) african descent. look the origins of the indians of asia are of eastern african descent it may be during the slave trade of africans must have moved there and settled the place, but they are black. the middle eastern call themsevles arab but it is just a religous ethnic group of people, just like the jews they are just white but it's a religous ethnic group, the arabs (middle easterns) are of african descent. they must have mixed with the europeans and asian that's why the look like that but they are not white, both indians and middle easterns are of black african descent.
