WOW. There are a lot, for many different genres. I don't know what you're specifically interested in, so I'll just list 'em all... If you're strictly speaking anime, then...

Yu Yu Hakusho,The Dragon Ball universe, Inuyasha, Yugioh/GX, Bleach,Samurai Champloo, Rurouni kenshin/Samurai X, Samurai Gun,Ghost in the Shell series,Old school-Lupin the 3rd, Most Gundam series before seed,Naruto,Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Alchemist,Full Metal Panic, and many others I cant think of at this moment. The new animes today kinda suck though.

My personal fave is Prince of Tennis... which is good if you are a tennis fan. If you're not... you shall turn into one... =3

D.Gray-Man is very good. I think its up to about 20+ episodes and finished with some crazy fillers... >_>

I plan on watching Death Note... The movie first... xD >_>

If you are like a bunch of people and like Bleach or Naruto... well... no comment really... I just don't really get it anymore... Too popular... @_@;;
