My last period was in nov...i can not remember what day. I am pregnant and was unable to give the doctor the day of my last period. In sept i had my period for one day and then oct and nov i cant remember. He did a vaginal ultrasound and he told me how far along i was. My question is how accuarte is this ultrasound??.....

The farther along you get in your pregnancy the more accurate they will be able to get. They measure and weigh the baby plus they will give you an EDD. That is all a due date really is anyway, 40 wks out from the first day of your last period. They guess but its rare for woman to go into labor on her exact due date.
Don't worry you will be fine, your body will automatically take care of things. You just eat right and do all the GREAT pregnant mommie things.

The ultrasound is quite accurate. They can tell you within a week or two just how far along you are. Good luck.

Ultrasounds are very accurate. I would say 90%.
