Don't go to the bathroom, spit, wipe your nose, drink, change your clothes, or anything. You need to make sure you don't lose any evidence. Call the cops immediately, or go to the hospital ASAP. Tell them what happened, everything that happened, no matter how embarrassing. They need to know.

Call a women's center if one is available. If not, go to the hospital, call the police. The hospital will get a sample of the semen to verify that you have been raped. They will also give you some counselling and support. If you want the guy arrested, call the police ASAP so they can ask you questions and begin to make a case against him. Above all, never blame yourself. It was not your fault no matter how it happened. Don't let ANYONE tell you this. And get counselling for it. It is a major catastrophic event in the life of any woman.

Don't take a shower until you have been to the hospital first. Notify your local law enforcement agency. Most police and sheriff forces have female officers who specialize in rape cases. Hospital emergency rooms also have rape protocols to follow. Their purposes are:
1) To care for any injuries to the victim, including the psychological stress
2) To use the best measures to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy
3) To collect semen so the rapist can be identified through his DNA.
4) Arrange for long term counseling with a skilled therapist.
Caring for the victim is paramount, but try to be understanding and cooperate with the police, too. It is only natural that they want to question you so they can identify the criminal. They want to catch the sex offender. It is often difficult to proceed when the victim is in such an emotional state.
Many women suffer rape in silence. This may be dangerous to their health. It is also dangerous to society for rapists are depraved sociopaths who usually repeat their vile crimes until apprehended.

1) call the police
2) go to the hospital and get a rape kit and the morning after pill
3) call a rape crisis counselor so you have a professional to speak to to help you through the emotional trauma.
in that order.
if this happened to you, i'm really sorry, but know that it wasn't your fault, there was nothing you could have done to prevent it, and you will be able to get through this with time and professional help. best of luck =)

Go to the emergency room, where they have been trained on the rape kit procedures, pregnancy and STD testing, as well as followup care. They also can direct you to counselling and police/legal services as well. You need to do it fairly quickly as the evidence can become contaminated or lost if you wait too long or shower or change clothes before being tested.

clean herself up and try to forget about the whole thing.
May be go to doctor's office for a check up for possible STD or others.
Do not dwell on the crime in sex, sex is not a crime and people should start to have a different view about the treatments people received when ran into sex related activities in the past.
