Tender breasts when you lightly push on them, irritabililty, bloating. You may experience any or all or none of these. We are all made differently. If you don't have any of these signs, just keep a chart, and assuming you are regular with your periods, the chart will predict when your next one will start.

for me food craving and i lose my temper and become nervous quickly and slight tension in my stomach area
