Would you rather have the full package kind of thing (lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, fertilizing, aeration, etc.) for the entire year already planned out and divided into equal payments over 8-9 months or would you rather do everything item by item?

I personally would rather do it item by item, that way I could decide at the time if I want to spend that money or not, but it seems that most people are expecting me to make up a full contract with equal payments for everything, and I dont know why really?

From a business standpoint, you'd probably make more by trying to convince people to just do it all as one.

Why not have individual prices and a package price.. kinda like a chinese menu!! ie:- individual dishes and a set meal.. it's different for different people.. holiday cottages for example may choose a full management package so each time they visit the garden is shinya s a new pin .. if you get me!! whereas a disabled person may just need a hand with the heavier jobs but on the whole want to be left to potter

We have this problem all the time.

The big Question is do you want to do Landscaping or Garden Maintenance. It could pay to advertise under both headings other wise you lose customers from both sides
We do both in the UK
