No!
A 4 month old should have NOTHING but breastmilk and/or formula per the AAP. This is WAY too soon for ANY kind of juices. Later in the second half of the first year, if you offer juice, it should NOT be orange juice. OJ is very acidic and it is one of the LAST kinds of juice you will offer your baby. Citrus isn't offered until after 12 mos of age. It's hard on their little tummies AND the acidity can cause a diaper rash as well.
NO OJ!
Breastmilk or formula only at 4 mos!

Take your toddler's weight and multiply it by way of two.5. that's how many ozof formulation he needs to eat in a 24 hour era. when you consider which you're fortunate and your toddler sleeps 8.5 hours at evening he needs to drink this numerous formulation for the duration of the day. it is not secure to start meals until 6 months of age yet if you consider which you will do what you will do... FIrst supply your toddler his morning bottle and then after he complete his bottle - supply him cereal. Cereal is without doubt one in all the 1st meals that young infants are started on because of the fact after 6 months of age they choose added iron. Take approximately 3 teaspoons and combine it with formulation and spoon feed it to him. Cereal should not be blended right into a bottle - it will strengthen a new child possibility of aspirating. Your perfect - all study have shown that cereal in a bottle would not "replenish" a toddler's abdomen. once you have achieved cereal interior the mornings for a pair of week then you certainly can upload cereal interior the night time besides. Then a pair of week later you may attempt different food. Use the comparable food for a pair of week previously introducing yet another sort of food. An extreme food hypersensitive reaction will show up from minutes to an afternoon yet some smaller issues (constipation, disillusioned abdomen) could take a pair of days to show up. on the start then in basic terms consume a pair of million jar an afternoon - divided right into a pair of distinctive settings.

A four month old baby SHOULD NOT be drinking orange juice. It is too acidy and too harsh on the tummy of a baby that young.
Very watered down apple juice can be given if your doctor okays it.
Don't take any chances with your baby. If you want to drink it, ok. But don't give it to a helpless baby.

If you put the OJ in the freezer before you opened it, and before the expiration date, I would say it's okay. If you're not comfortable, then don't drink it.

lol, no! As soon as it thaws, it will spoil. Not a risk you should take, since frozen orange juice only costs a little over $1. Go buy some more! :)

Give it a sniff and see if it smells good. You'll know if it's gone bad just by the smell, I promise.
