None really.
I guess that bettas would best fit this description, but they do need heat and filtration, despite what people might say.
Breeders do often keep their bettas in small bowls, and the bettas are healthy, but this is because they do 100% water changes at LEAST once a day, and they also keep the room warm because bettas come from Thailand where the water is in the high 70's to low 80's.
Not to say that cleaning the bowl every day is a lot of work; get a bowl that's at least 1 gallon, and buy a clean turkey baster, use it to suck up 1/2 of the water along with any food and poop every single day, and replace with fresh water. It'll take 2 minutes.
If you neglect a bowl, it will get dirty and foul very quickly.
Keep in mind that when it comes to fish tanks / bowls, bigger is easier and less maintenance, because it's more stable and you can filter.
I can guarantee that if you spend an extra 20$ and get a small (5 gallon) tank with filter and heater, it'll be much less work, because you'll only need to do a 25% water change once a week.

By your two criteria, the closest you could come would be a betta. Bettas can live alone and bettas don't need extra oxygen pumped into the water. Having said that, bettas shouldn't be in a bowl. No fish should be in a bowl. It is beyond cruel. The only thing that should be in a bowl is candy or potpourri. While you could put a betta in a one gallon aquarium at the minimum, it really is much better to go with something around 2.5 gallons. But, even though bettas don't need extra air pumped in the water, they do need a filter and they need heat. So, you would need a filter, a heater and a thermometer so you can check to make sure the water stays at the correct temperature. 25% of the water would need to be changed every week and you would need to do proper cleaning and maintenance of the gravel and tank. Learn about water cycling before you get the fish. There is a lot involved in keeping fish. There is no easy fish to keep. All fish are a lot of hard work if you want to keep them happy and healthy. If you aren't ready for that committment, perhaps you should think about some fake fish for the bowl.

After a lot of research when setting up my tank, it would seem that NO species of fish will live for any long period of time without filtration etc.
You can keep a Betta in a bowl, but without a proper environment, they don't realize their full life expectancy.
Goldfish can actually live 20-30 years if they are in a proper tank with filtration, oxygenation, and a good bacterial balance in the water. Whereas if they are in a bowl, they won't last long!
hope that helps!

No fish Goldfish, tropical or otherwise can live in a limited environment without outside assistance. However, you can st up a fish bowl with an air pump and a Goldfish will live very happily in such an environment if you remove and replace 75% of the water weekly and refill and add a few drops of Clearout or some other brand of drops to neutralize chlorine, and you don't over feed the Goldfish.
Good luck whatever you choose to do.

the shortcoming of solutions has to do with the question. a 10 gallon tank heavily isn't sufficiently vast for 2 puffers. that's slightly adequate tank for one LONE puffer. the different fish in a 10 gallon with basically one puffer may be "pestered" to lack of life in some weeks. And that includes yet another Puffer. do a touch study earlier making this decision. do not ask advice from someone that has a tankful of Puffers for sale.
