You can't stop it. If he is a cheater, then he will never change. If you stay with him, there is no reason he would change. Move on before you get hurt more than you already have.

1) What proof do you have that he's really dating another girl? If you don't have proof, you need to trust him.
2) Talk to him about your proof. If the proof is reliable, explain that you didn't start a relationship with him so he could screw around. If he wants to date someone else, he should just date you.
3) Avoid ACCUSING him directly. Approach the subject as you have become aware that he may be spending more time with another girl outside of school and you would like to know under what circumstances they are spending time together. Also, verify his story with the other girl.

If he is dating another girl, after doing some of the things others have listed here, then I would consider not stopping him, but stopping him having any involvement in your life!
You deserve much better than that!

If your boyfriend turns out to be disloyal and unfaithful to you, it may be important to make the discovery than to put a stop to it. It's always better to find out sooner than later that you're in love with someone that has serious character flaws. You don't want to develop a pattern of tolerating poor treatment from someone that is suppose to be in love with you.

This is a very complicated request.
Millions reasons can cause that.
Use your instinct and find out what he is missing with you and try to change to that.
If he still seeing you and being nice to you, do not give up and try hard.

Make it very clear to him that if he would ever cheat on you, you will leave him. Don't tell him you suspect anything unless you really know for sure.
