I agree with Shelly. I think it depends on what the issues are. If it is something like problems with family, that is unlikely to change, but if the issue can be worked out, then sure! I have been on both sides of the coin, where I decided to just let it go, but now I am in a relationship that I salvaged and it is going pretty good. The key is that you both acknowledge the issues and work together to resolve them. It also depends on how much both of you are willing to compromise!! Of course there are some issues you can't flex on, no matter how much you love him - abuse, drugs, cheating, and anything that affects you negatively like that. Have a good long talk and see what you can work out. Good Luck!

Yes. And No, the same problems still existed. I think things can turn better if both parties really love each other and try to fix what was wrong the 1st time around. In my case this did not happen.

I say its always worth a try.
At the end of the day its about what you can give.
If you really think theres no point to it then you shouldn't do it. If you're not sure, give it a chance, it will help you make up your mind.

In one case, I realized that I didnt love him and there was too many unsolved problems. In my current relationship, I said bye to him because he was doing bad things, 3 years later he is clean and we are getting married in july. I guess it just depends on your compatibility, communication, and willingness to make it work.
