Do you think Maximum Ride is a good book?

I was browsing some books & came across "Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment" by James Patterson. I'm tempted buy it & see if it is any good. Have you read it? I think it is in a series. Also, I heard there might be a movie due in 2008, but I'm not sure.

Yes, I think it is a good book. Mostly for middle school kids who like lots of adventure and drama. It is sort of a soap opera for young teens. I would recommend it to kids who "think" that books are "boring." Once they read this, they will probably be hooked on reading (at least more of these series of books).
