I hate to be put on hold and then they forget about me.......grrrrrrrrr

It really bugs me, cause my friend put me on hold and forgot about me! I had to wait 1 whole hour, and might have missed some calls! Also it annoys me cause you don't really know if the person that put you on hold would come back to you or not.

I had call waiting removed from my line even though it was for free. I hate it. It tells people the other person on the line is more interesting than you, I'll call you back. I think its rude. Anyone who really needs to get in touch with me has my cell number as well and can call me there. Which sometimes happens.

I don't mind being put on hold for a short time, but after about two minutes I figure they've forgotten about me and hang up.

It doesn't bug me when I'm put on hold, neccessarily. It bugs me when I've been on hold for ten minutes because they forgot about me!

I sat on the phone for 3 hrs ON HOLD for Ashley Furniture one time! They ended up hanging up on me after thirty seconds cuz they said I was too irriate to speak at the moment. thats ok I got back the $5000 I spent on the CRAP i bought and they took the CRAP back for free! SUCKERS

call waiting is ok, but when the other person puts you on hold and forgets yur on the other line, makes me mad..
i was on hold for 5 mins. then i hung up and called them back.. lol

I don't like it, if someone keeps me on hold for too long i'll just hang up, they can call me back.

call waitin to me is rude if you put me on hold for another call I hang up finish your conversation and call em back

especially when they call you and then put you on hold.
