I know series one was shown late last year on ITV4 and could have sworn i heard presenter say this was because there was a new series. However, i doubt this as i have looked on internet and not read about it.

No, American Gothic originally ran from 1995 to 1996 on CBS, and it was the network that killed the show by showing episodes out of order so the storyline often didn't make sense. They also kept changing the time slot and air dates so fans couldn't keep up and they eventually cancelled the show.

Countless fan petitions to bring the show back in original episodes over the years have failed.

First saw this series a few years ago and thought it was fab, you must have been watching a re-run. Reckon too many years have passed unless they make it that way, several years on that is.

I don't know, and I don't think they could find a boy to play caleb as good as lucas black. but it was the kinda show that the x-files wanted to be.
