well he is wearing all of these rubberbands on his wrist and I wanted to know if it meant something

I think it's in style now, I mean those other answers make sense but a bunch of my friends and my step brother and sister have been doing it.

Or it could be from this book where everytime the boy get's H.o.r.n.y he snaps himself :D
