Education Help for 3rd grader?

Does anyone ok of any good website (free or oow cost) that give printable worksheet and lesson plans to help a 3rd grader in math, reading, writing. My son will have to take the NC End of Grade test this year and I would like to help him prepare for this. If anyone know were I can get some sample test that would be great.

needs to do math calculator active and calcutor inactive.
just lots of problem solving word problems = gets [points for showing work and drawing pictures
