Do they have to be sick or can it just be because they are disabled because they have been locked up for a period of time.

I certainly hope not.Disability is for people with physical or mental problems preventing them from working.Being a felon isn't a disability.

it is true child molesters come out frequently on disability, you get to pay for their medical care while they hunt for children. They learn the system while in prison and find a way to get on disability while in the big house. They all go to community health care clinics and are on medical coupons thats where they find their child victims dont take your small children to these places.
