My friend went to the store with me yesterday & bought some hoochie mama skirts & 1/2 shirts. She's already got her summer planned out about how she's going to act promiscuously & sleep with men & women. She's BI, & I'm straight. Yeah, I know she's hurt over her break up over her boyfriend lying to her, saying that he'd never cheat on her with 12-15 yr. olds anymore, & he molested a 12-yr. old last week.
I know y'all are gonna tell me to mind my own business & worry about my own life, but she & I are so close we're like sisters. I don't want to see her get hurt, raped, pregnant, or get an STD. I'm really scared for her, & I don't want to see her in these predicaments.

Well, you kinda do have a right to be concerned. You're not really prying into her life, you're just trying to look out for her. You should talk to your friend and tell her how you feel. Tell her that you understand how she's going through a rough time but you don't to see her get pregnant, raped or end up damaging her body permanently. (After all, some STDs have medication you can take to make it go away-while others have absolutely no medication or anything.) Just tell her that it worries you of the thought of her getting into trouble like that. If she wants to stop what she's planning to do this summer, she'll listen to you. If not, just step back and let her fight her own battle. You warned her and I know this is harsh, but this is life: Sometimes a person learns the lesson the hard way.
Good luck!

Being there is the number one thing you can do. You don't have to do the things she does, but if you are with her through a lot of that stuff, she may find that she'll have more fun being with her friend than being with the other people.
Communication is key, letting her know that you're worried about her, without judgement is also important. Keep the ex-boyfriend free of the conversation because she might feel like you are going to tell her what she needs to do, and judging her because of the things he does. Being young and getting over things is something that's just gonna happen, to all of us. She may say she's going to sleep with the world this summer but encourage her to keep it cool, and beg her to be safe. Just tell her... if you're going to have the most fun you can have please be safe about it. Make sure she uses condoms and recommend that she get on birth control.
Be there... it's really all you can do, and hope that she'll see the better, smarter side of it as things start to happen. Who knows, maybe she'll start out thinking like this and then find someone she can mellow out with and be with all summer.
Good luck.

If your friend has the figure to wear those kind of clothes and that is what she wants to wear then that is her business.
Just because all of us cant get away with dressing alittle sexy then don't dog the ones who can.
Just because she says she is going to act the way you described doesn't mean she is literally going to.
Maybe she was just blowing off some steam after the break up of her and her boyfriend.
And IF you are telling the truth about him molesting a child last week then I will presume that he is in jail for it? Or out on bail?
If that is the case then she is better off with what she says she is going to do then being in a relationship with him.
Not that it is right but hey at least it is the lesser of two evils.

You should confront her and tell her how you feel, if you and her are like sisters you should warn her about the dangers of sleeping with men/women, even if she does use protection she could get a sexually transmitted disease.
Also tell her about her boyfriend, if he molesters children he should be reported to the police and your Friend should leave him if he is this unfaithful.

Just talk to her about how you feel and maybe introduce her to some STD free guys (or girls) that don't moleste children. And then you should report her ex if he is over 18 because that is sick.

Try to be there for her. She seems really hurt and is dealing with it the wrong way. You need to express your concern for her wellbeing and not be judgemental but helpful.

She really ought to try being a hooker for the summer. She can make it with a lot of people and it sure helps the bank account.

The best way to help her would be to join her and have a wild summer together.
