Bach, Toccata and fugue if you can get it on Guitar, or, Get a good singer and a guitarist to do Amazing Grace. If they are any good they will have the place in tears.
I'm gonna have Stairway to Heaven at my wedding.
Seriously, another good song if you are going to have it at a church is "Love you so much Jesus" by Hillsong.

basically anything by ben harper is amazing. he plays all his own guitar and he's fantastic. it seriously just mesmerizes me. check him out.
