I am a student in Russia and do not work, but my mom (who lives in Alaska, USA) religiously pays her taxes and religiously deducts whatever she can. She NEVER owes money to IRS but the other way around. She ALWAYS gets 3 to 5 thousand back on her taxes. I have no idea how she does that, but I will definitely ask...

I am getting money back... but now I am getting even more money back. I found a website that enabled me to not only get my tax money back, but to have all of my tax preparation fees paid for. I didn't owe this year, but they will even pay a certain amount of your taxes for you if you do!
