abercrombie
hollister
american eagle
aeropostale can be expensive sometimes too.
all of those stores usually cost 20-30 dollars a shirt and 30-50 dollars for pants/jeans... but sometimes you can find good sales.
Cheep but style-ish stores are
Forever 21 can be cheep and oh so style-ish
Kohls

Most department stores like, JC Penny's, and Macy's

Target, that's their theme lol.
Though I am sort of a bargain shopper.. and not even target is my favorite. I think forever21 is super reasonable, and if you live near Houston near me you can find some vintage and brandname carrying resale shops. There's Charlotte Russe, 579, Ross, Marshalls, Old navy (where I got some tank tops), and my sister recently went to Rue 21.. There's not too many but you can check out there site.
