1. No one can give you tech items in millsberry. They are for the technicians only and are not avaiable to general users.
2. Are you offering anything in return or are you just asking for gifts outright?

I will let you know if I have any extras! Since some of that stuff is really not that rare, because you can get it from the Colhurst Tunnels, I'll see what I can do.
