cool question!
think he is definitely under-rated... it has literally been years since I read his storyline.. but from what I remember, good art.. and stories... nothing to pull your hair out though....
I thought he was dead.... but, been wrong one or two other times...lol.... anyway,
looking it up, I find I was....

Well he is so underrated that I really don't know to much about him..except that he's kinda the GL of Marvel Universe.
I would like to really find out more about him and his powers ...He needs to get more time to shine.

I think he's okay ( if you need some comics) but Spiderman totally tops all
