yes absolutely, its done a lot during sex, and strenuous exercise and work outs. fighter pilots actually wear special suits to prevent this from happening in flight, pinch the vegus nerve with the right pressure, its good night gracie

Yes, I'm a doctor, Ur neck muscles are so sensetive that if you pinch or even poke somebody just right they'll faint or even die!
