Bribery might work but whining is cheaper.
Actually, the answers aren't really rated unless they are chosen for best. Then you get to choose between one to five stars.
Beyond that you can only give a thumb up or down.

I really don't think there is any way to get people to rate your answers. I do Rate other peoples answers if I read them and they are very good or very bad.

Give your best answer or your worst answer, try your best not to make any spelling mistakes or gramatical mistakes, and actually answer their question. I usually rate a question if it answers the question enough and it's more than one or 2 words or if it's t he answer I would have given. Or I rate it badly if it doesn't answer the question at all, or bashes the question ( like "Why do you like Pokemon?" and answers of "Pokemon is stupid and for kids" does not answer the question, and is a negative opinion)

Actually you have to wait for them to find your questions and they decide what is good or bad from there. You can rate other's too if you didn't know that...

They do it on their own. Be careful what you ask for, though. Every now and then you'll get a stalker in here who'll give every answer of yours a thumbs down whether it is good or not.
